Saporia started as a simple idea: pizza worth waiting for. Our dough rests for 72 hours before it ever reaches your table — something that's ours and ours alone.
What grew around it is a full day: specialty coffee from 10am, then, from 11am, pizza, panini, wine and cocktails until 11pm, in the building where Mihai Eminescu once lived, back when he was an editor at the newspaper Timpul. Rated 4.9 on Google, from over 465 reviews.
